WHAT WE BUILD
Web Apps & Internal Tools
Scheduling, job tracking, approvals, and admin screens that replace the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch.
Mobile Apps
iPhone, Android, and Windows apps for drivers, technicians, and floor staff, talking to the same back end as the office.
Shop Floor & Warehouse
Barcode scanning, label printing, picking, and wall-mounted job displays — hardware included.
Quoting & Configurators
Build a product, price it, add tax and freight, and turn the quote into an order without re-keying it.
Customer Portals
Secure sign-in for your customers to see orders, documents, tickets, and invoices — like the portal our own clients use.
APIs & Back-End Services
The services behind your apps, plus the integrations that keep them in sync with ERP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft 365.
RECENT WORK
Client names are left out on purpose. Ask us for references on a call.
Route planning and a driver app
Office staff pick pickup requests by city or by radius, assign a truck, and let the system put the stops in the best order on a map, with printable route sheets. Drivers run the route from a phone app, mark each pickup complete, and report missing bags, which flow straight back to the office.
Job and spool tracking for a fab shop
Customers, projects, jobs, spools, and job documents in one system, with employee time punches against each job. Labels print from the cloud to printers on the shop floor through a small Raspberry Pi agent, with no firewall holes, and a 98-inch wall display shows the live job queue to everyone on the floor.
Product configurator, quote to order
Sales reps build a configured product, get sales tax and freight rates from the services the company already uses, and release the quote as an order in their ERP. Read more on our blog →
Scan-to-pick and label printing
Pickers sign in with their employee ID, pull the next QuickBooks order, and scan each item’s UPC to confirm it, recording a reason when something is skipped or unavailable. Receiving prints UPC labels with lot number, best-by date, and bin location.
HOW WE BUILD IT
- ✓ Start with the process, not the screens — we watch how the work is done today before we design anything
- ✓ Working software early — a first version in your team’s hands in weeks, then built out in phases
- ✓ Mainstream tools — Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, and Azure, so you’re never stuck with something exotic
- ✓ Connected from day one — ERP, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365 sign-in and email, and Power BI reporting
- ✓ Supported after launch — tickets through our client portal, with prepaid support hours
CUSTOM SOFTWARE FAQ
Should we buy off-the-shelf software or have something custom built?
Buy when a product fits how you work. Build when you keep bending your process around a tool, or when the job is the gap between two systems you already own. Our free assessment tells you which — and we’ll say so when buying is the better answer.
How long does a custom software project take?
We deliver in phases. The first working version is usually in your team’s hands in a few weeks, and we build out from there based on how it’s actually used.
Who supports the software after it launches?
We do. Clients get our client portal for tickets and can buy prepaid support hours. We can host it in our Azure environment or deploy it into yours.
