EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 22, 2026
Technical Innovations Corp (“Technical Innovations,” “we,” “us”) runs this website and our client portal. We handle our clients’ business systems and data for a living, so we take the same care with yours. This policy explains what information we collect through this site and how we use it.
The short version
- We collect only what you choose to send us, plus basic anonymous site analytics.
- We use it to respond to you and to deliver the services you hire us for.
- We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site — a contact or assessment request, a call scheduling request, a CloudSmart inquiry, or the free domain & email check — we collect what you enter, such as:
- Your name, email address, phone number, company, and role
- Details about your business, systems, goals, budget, and timeline
- Any domain name you ask us to check, and anything else you write in a message
Form submissions are delivered to us by email. If you become a client, we also keep the account, contact, project, support-ticket, and billing information needed to work with you.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example, which pages are popular, how people arrived (search, a link, an ad), and the general type of device and browser used. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, and time on site. We look at this information in aggregate; we don’t use it to identify you personally.
You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google’s browser opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies in your browser also works.
Like nearly every website, our servers also keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and errors) to keep the site secure and working. The client portal uses essential cookies to keep you signed in; the site can’t function without them.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule conversations you ask for
- To provide, support, and bill for the services you hire us for
- To improve our website and understand which content is useful
- To protect the site and our clients from fraud, spam, and abuse
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
If you contact us, we may follow up about your request. We don’t add you to a marketing list without asking, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Microsoft Azure — website hosting, databases, and email delivery
- Google — website analytics, as described above
- Intuit QuickBooks — client invoicing and payments. Card and bank details are entered with and processed by Intuit; we never see or store them.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
Client data
When we work inside a client’s systems — ERPs, databases, reports, and the data in them — that data belongs to the client. We access it only to do the work we’ve been engaged for, and our handling of it is governed by our agreement with that client, not by this website policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it’s useful for following up, generally no more than three years if you don’t become a client. Client records are kept for the length of our relationship and as long afterward as tax and legal requirements call for. Google Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings and then deleted automatically.
How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, portal access requires a password, and our systems are hosted in Microsoft Azure with access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we protect your information the way we’d want ours protected.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of any further contact. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights; we’ll honor any request we’re able to, regardless of where you live. Email us at support@ticmn.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to other websites, such as LinkedIn and the articles in our industry news feed. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
